Not just the big things like price, product specification and manufacturing quality, but all the things that are just as important but harder to communicate to suppliers: everything from your service delivery expectations to your product expectations.

FACTORY SELECTION

Due to our extensive global sourcing commitments, we are fortunate to have a huge contact list of manufacturers and suppliers from various parts of the world. In fact, we have a strong base in China, South America and Europe. In addition to dealing with our existing suppliers and manufacturers, we also conduct new factory research and use various sources that include government organizations, to verify factories.

The factory selection process goes through thorough and prudent phases. Depending on your product, we deal with up to 10-15 factories. However, this number can increase if the product is extremely specialized. They are not only factories that do an excellent job, they are factories that we trust and are legitimate, so you are guaranteed the services of getting quality products. At the request of the client, NDA and NNN agreements can be signed with the factories.

QUOTATION PROCESS

After the factories are verified, we will start receiving offers from them and based on those offers and several other factors, we will narrow down the factories to 2 or 3. With a few verified and selected factories on hand, we discuss the possibility of obtaining samples. We make sure we get samples from at least two companies in case something goes wrong and this will be your backup.

As a sourcing partner that cares for you, we recommend that you always have a backup factory. This is because if your sales grow exponentially and your original factory is unable to handle orders, a backup factory comes in handy

ORDER CUSTOMIZED SAMPLE

We go ahead and order samples and make sure they are exactly as requested as they will later be used as samples for mass production. We have experienced product sourcing specialists who inspect samples before they reach the client. This will ensure that you get what you asked for without any delays or glitches. The samples contain an individual packaging design according to the customer's proposal.

START MASS PRODUCTION

After the sample products are confirmed, we start to commission custom production, which is carefully researched and inspected. During the production process, you need a product sourcing expert to be in touch at all times. Progress pictures and videos will be sent to the client to let them know if everything is fine and how the production process is going. Before shipping the product, we perform an output inspection at the customer's request.

FREIGHT FORWARDING

Our forwarding services are simple and you set the agenda. The products can be shipped as soon as possible according to your choice of freight forwarder, which is either by rail, by sea or by air. In any case, we will work within your deadlines. We will be available to ensure target dates are met to ensure products leave the warehouse and arrive on their assigned shipping routes on time

GOODS ARRIVAL
