We started eSourcing Solution in 2017 because we kept watching the same problem repeat itself. Western companies wanted to source from emerging markets but lacked the people on the ground to do it properly. They sent procurement managers on two-week trips to China or India, visited a handful of factories recommended by trading companies, signed contracts based on factory tours and sample rooms, then spent the next eighteen months dealing with quality failures, delivery delays, and communication breakdowns. The pattern was so predictable it was almost boring. Good companies making bad sourcing decisions because they could not see what was actually happening inside their supply chain once it crossed a border.

We built eSourcing Solution to be the permanent presence that visiting procurement teams cannot replicate. Our offices operate across Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Mexico, and South America. Not representative offices with a phone number and a mailing address. Working offices with procurement professionals who live in these markets, speak the languages, know the suppliers personally, and understand the local business culture well enough to distinguish a reliable partner from a polished sales pitch.
Founded in 2017, we have grown deliberately rather than rapidly. We work with a select group of organisations rather than chasing volume. That choice is intentional. Procurement consulting done properly requires deep understanding of each client’s products, quality requirements, cost structures, and risk tolerance. You cannot deliver that understanding across hundreds of clients simultaneously. We would rather do excellent work for thirty companies than mediocre work for three hundred.
What We Actually Do

We evaluate suppliers. Factory audits that go beyond checking boxes on a form. We assess financial stability, management capability, technical capacity, quality systems maturity, workforce conditions, and willingness to invest in meeting international standards. A factory can look impressive during a guided tour and still lack the process discipline to deliver consistent quality at volume. Our assessments identify that gap before your purchase order does.
We manage quality. Inspection is not quality management. Inspection catches defects after they happen. Quality management prevents them. We work with suppliers on process controls, measurement systems, material verification, and production monitoring that reduces defect rates over time rather than simply filtering bad parts at the end of the line.
